1. Warranty Overview
Off Grid Power Trailer, LLC ("OGPT") specializes in integrating solar generation, energy storage, and electrical equipment onto commercially manufactured trailers to provide reliable mobile and off-grid power solutions. OGPT warrants its installation, assembly, and integration workmanship against defects for six (6) months from the original date of delivery. The underlying trailer and individual equipment components are manufactured by independent third parties and retain their respective manufacturer's warranties, where applicable.
2. Warranty Coverage
All OGPT installation and integration workmanship, including workmanship on trailers used commercially, carries the same six-month limited warranty. Individual components (Axles, Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries) retain respective manufacturer warranties which vary from 18 months to lifetime coverage depending on the specific vendor.
3. OGPT Six-Month Limited Warranty
OGPT warrants its installation and integration workmanship against defects resulting from the original assembly or installation process. Coverage includes: solar mounting structures, wiring, electrical connections, battery/inverter mounting, and fabricated components. OGPT will repair or replace affected installation at no charge for covered parts or labor.
4. Original Trailer Manufacturer Warranty
OGPT purchases its base trailers from independent manufacturers. Chassis, frame, axles, braking systems, and hydraulic equipment are subject to their respective original manufacturer warranties. OGPT will provide customers with documentation and reasonable assistance identifying the appropriate provider.
5. Solar, Battery & Electrical Equipment Warranties
Solar panels, battery storage systems, inverters, and charge controllers retain their applicable original manufacturer warranties. These are separate from OGPT's six-month workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
6. Exclusions
- Accidents, collisions, or improper towing
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper deployment of the solar array
- Operating beyond published wind or electrical limits
- Unauthorized alterations
- Improper battery storage or charging
- Environmental damage (flooding, fire, lightning)
7. Warranty Claims
Contact OGPT with proof of purchase, VIN number, issue description, and photographs. OGPT must be provided reasonable opportunity to evaluate claimed defects before repairs are authorized.

Claim Procedure
- Contact OGPT with proof of purchase.
- Provide Trailer identification number (VIN) or OGPT unit ID.
- Submit a detailed description of the reported issue.
- Include supporting photographs of the claimed defect.
- Allow OGPT a reasonable opportunity to evaluate before repairs start.
