Equipment availability may be affected by manufacturing schedules, supply-chain conditions, component availability, regulatory changes, product discontinuations, or other circumstances outside OGPT's control.

Where permitted by the applicable sales agreement, OGPT may recommend or use reasonably comparable components when originally specified equipment becomes unavailable. Any material changes to an agreed product configuration will be handled in accordance with the applicable written agreement.

CUSTOMER USE AND SAFETY

Off-grid power systems and electrical equipment must be operated according to manufacturer instructions, applicable safety requirements, and any operating instructions provided with the product.

Customers should not modify, bypass, alter, overload, disassemble, or improperly connect electrical equipment or safety systems.

Certain products may require qualified personnel for installation, servicing, repair, inspection, connection, or modification.

OGPT is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or equipment failure resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, improper installation by others, failure to follow operating instructions, or use of a product outside its intended operating conditions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

WARRANTIES

Any warranties applicable to an Off Grid Power Trailer product will be identified in the applicable sales agreement, warranty documentation, or manufacturer's warranty.

Nothing contained on this website creates an additional warranty or modifies an existing written warranty.
